Narrative: The above offender was arrested by the Chicago Police Department on February 28, 2023 in the 2600 block of S. California Ave. He was positively identified as one of the offenders who, on December 23, 2022 at approximately 10:15 p.m., took property and a vehicle at gunpoint from a 21 year-old male victim in the 2600 block of N. Sayre Ave. (25th District). The offender was placed into custody and charged accordingly.
