About This Crime

On Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at approximately 5:15 P.M., an unknown male was observed masturbating on the public way in a vehicle in the 11300 block of South Forrestville Ave, near Pullman Elementary School with children in the vicinity. When approached, the unknown male fled southbound at a high rate of speed in a beige 4 door BMW sedan.

On Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at approximately 5:30 P.M., the unknown male was again observed in the 11200 block of South St. Lawrence Ave., masturbating in the same vehicle. The vehicle fled from the scene, eventually heading eastbound on 115th St.

About The Offender

•  The offender was described as a White or White Hispanic male
•  The offender was observed driving a beige 4 door BMW sedan with tinted windows bearing an IL plate of AN93945, which is reported stolen.
•  The offender is known to frequent the area of 112th-113th St., near Pullman Elementary School
