Records show that in 2015, John J. Franklin, a teacher at Kipp Ascend Elementary Charter School at 42 W. Madison St. Second Flr, received $116,603, the highest full adjusted pay among all teachers in the district.
Included in that amount was $26,103 in taxpayer-funded benefits.
