A. Ordinance authorizing the Exchange of Real Estate between Illinois American Water Co. and the City of Lincoln

A. Request to permit of closing of 100 block of North Sheridan Street from Bill Albert for a wedding ceremony on Saturday, May 27, 2017 from 2:30pm until 10:00 pm 

B. Approval of proposal for professional auditing services from Estes, Bridgewater, & Ogden in the amount not to exceed $22,000.00 for period of three years
