1. L17-01-- Proposed Resolution for Approval of Final Written Decisions and Orders at

Local Panel Meetings

Whereas, Section 5(f) of the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act requires the Local Panel to

report in full its opinion in each case it decides; and

Whereas, the Local Panel reports its opinions in written Decisions and Orders on each case

it decides.

Now, therefore, be it Resolved, that effective on the date this Resolution is

adopted and going forward, the Local Panel will approve its written Decisions and Orders

at an open meeting of the Local Panel.
