Barbara J. McGowan, Chairman of the Committee on Procurement, called the meeting to order at 3:40 p.m.

Ladies and Gentlemen:
At the direction of Commissioner Barbara J. McGowan, Chairman of the Committee on Procurement, a Study Session will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2017, immediately following the Regular Board Meeting, in the Board Room, 100 East Erie Street, Chicago, Illinois.
The purpose of the Study Session is to discuss the current practices and procedures for soliciting and awarding professional legal services and engineering consultant contracts.
A motion was made by Debra Shore, seconded by Josina Morita, that this Report be Published and Filed. The motion carried by acclamation. Chorus of ayes - No nays

Jodi Dobson and Kyle O'Rourke, Project Managers, Baker Tilly, gave a presentation to the Board
Adjournment:
