I. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 9:15 a.m.
II. Roll Call: All Board Members were present
III. Consideration of Agenda: The Agenda was approved as presented
IV. Public Comment: None
V. Executive Session: Commissioner Kresse made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss the employment of specific employees as permitted by Section 2(c)l of Illinois Open Meetings Act. Commissioner Swain seconded that motion. The motion passed by unanimous vote of the Board. The Board entered into closed Executive session at 9:15 a.m.
The Board returned to Open Session at 11:11 a.m. The Chairwoman announced that no formal action was taken during Executive Session
VI. Adjournment: Commissioner Swain moved to adjourn. Commissioner Kresse seconded the motion. The motion to adjourn passed by a 3:0 vote of the Board. The meeting was adjourned at 11:14 a.m.
