Chicago Transit Authority Board ADA Advisory Committee will meet January 8.
Here is the agenda provided by the Committee:
A Regular Meeting of the Chicago Transit Authority’s ADA Advisory Committee will be held on Monday, January 8, 2018 at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon, at the offices of the Chicago Transit Authority, 567 West Lake Street, Second Floor, Boardroom, Chicago, Illinois, 60661 for the purpose of considering:
1. ADA Compliance
2. Customer Service
and to transact such other business that may properly come before the Committee at that time.
Prior to the Meeting, from 1:00 o’clock to 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon, CTA’s Manager of ADA Compliance Programs, Amy J. Serpe, and a representative from CTA’s Customer Service Department will be available in the Boardroom to take individual service complaints/comments from the public.
