Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Coyne College

Tuition and fees was unchanged for 2017-18 at Coyne College, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

Illinois students paid $16,195 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution in both the 2016-17 and 2017-18 academic years.

Data shows 91 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 437 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.58 million and 376 students took out student loans totaling more than $2.78 million.

Including all undergraduates, 728 students used grants or scholarships totaling $2.98 million. Another 649 took out $4.38 million in federal student loans.
