39 percent of applicants to Tribeca Flashpoint College were admitted for fall 2017

At Tribeca Flashpoint College, 77 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 74 percent are male, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Chicago enrolled 314 students in fall 2017, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 8.3 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

82 percent of undergraduates are residents of Illinois, and 13 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (33 percent) and black or African American (32 percent).

The school admitted 39 percent of the 521 students who applied for fall 2017. Of those who were admitted, 20 percent enrolled.
