The following members answered roll call at the special meeting of the Auburn Board of Education
November 14, 2018: Present: Fred Jessup, John Megginson, Scott Norris. Matt Kern, Josh Smith, and Chuck DuBois. Absent: Mark Killam. Also present were Darren Root, Nathan Essex, Student A, and Student A’s parents.
Kern moved to adopt the agenda. DuBois seconded the motion. The voting was as follows:

Kern yea Smith yea
Killam absent
There being 6 “yeas”, 0 “nays”, the president declared the motion carried.
DuBois moved to enter closed session. Megginson seconded the motion. The voting was as follows:

There being 6 “yeas”, 0 “nays”, the president declared the motion carried.
Megginson moved to adopt resolution of expulsion through June 30, 2019. Norris seconded the motion.
