P.O.W.E.R owes $37,925 in fines

The campaign committee P.O.W.E.R owes a $5,000 fine imposed on March 12, 2018, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $32,925 with Joseph A. Barton listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 134 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $916,653.36 in pending fines.
