committeeman candidate Danny K Davis returns $1,000 contribution from Loretto Hospital

The campaign committee of committeeman candidate Danny K Davis, Citizens For Davis, returned a $1,000 contribution from Loretto Hospital on July 13, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Loretto Hospital has not made any other contributions to Danny K Davis in the past 12 months.
