Tri-Taylor home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Tri-Taylor, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $197,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,500 - a 54.4% decrease over the $363,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Tri-Taylor in the first quarter of 2016.
