North Center home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in North Center, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $55,500 while total sales decreased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $564,500 - a 9% decrease over the $620,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in North Center in the fourth quarter of 2016.
