Ukrainian Village home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Ukrainian Village, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 25.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 2% increase over the $495,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Ukrainian Village in the fourth quarter of 2016.
