Sauganash home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Sauganash, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 29.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,000 - a 1.3% increase over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Sauganash in the fourth quarter of 2016.
