University Village / Little Italy home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in University Village / Little Italy, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $90,250 while total sales increased by 38.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.
