Bridgeport home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Bridgeport, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $22,500 while total sales increased by 47.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 109 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Bridgeport in the fourth quarter of 2016.
