Hermosa home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Hermosa, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $19,500 while total sales increased by 12.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,500 - a 8.2% increase over the $238,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Hermosa in the fourth quarter of 2016.
