Tri-Taylor home prices fall in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Tri-Taylor, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $85,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 27.5% decrease over the $310,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Tri-Taylor in the fourth quarter of 2016.
