Oakland home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Oakland, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $43,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 15 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 40.2% increase over the $107,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Oakland in the fourth quarter of 2016, as well.
