Gresham home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Gresham, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $21,250 while total sales increased by 17.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 153 homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,000 - a 30% increase over the $70,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 130 homes sold in Gresham in the fourth quarter of 2016.
