Galewood home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Galewood, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $75,000 while total sales increased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 42.9% increase over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Galewood in the first quarter of 2017.
