River North home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in River North, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $22,250 while total sales increased by 3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 208 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 5.7% increase over the $387,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 202 homes sold in River North in the second half of 2016.
