Jefferson Park home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Jefferson Park, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $6,500 while total sales increased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 211 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 2.2% decrease over the $291,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 202 homes sold in Jefferson Park in the second half of 2016.
