Tri-Taylor home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Tri-Taylor, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $109,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 22 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,750 - a 32% decrease over the $342,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Tri-Taylor in the second half of 2016, as well.
