Bronzeville home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Bronzeville, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 3.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 188 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,000 - a 12% increase over the $195,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 195 homes sold in Bronzeville in the second half of 2016.
