Gold Coast home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Gold Coast, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $47,500 while total sales increased by 1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 937 homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,500 - a 11.9% decrease over the $400,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 928 homes sold in Gold Coast in 2016.
