Near North home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Near North, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $1,750 while total sales increased by 3.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 409 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 0.5% decrease over the $331,750 median sale price for the previous year. There were 396 homes sold in Near North in 2016.
