East Side home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in East Side, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $27,000 while total sales increased by 0.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 198 homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,000 - a 33.8% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 197 homes sold in East Side in 2016.
