Ukrainian Village home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Ukrainian Village, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $123,000 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $589,500 - a 26.4% increase over the $466,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Ukrainian Village in January 2016.
