Heart of Chicago home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Heart of Chicago, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $120,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 45.6% increase over the $264,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Heart of Chicago in January 2016.
