Dunning home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Dunning, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 30.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 20% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Dunning in January 2016.
