Rogers Park home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Rogers Park, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 26.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 34.6% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Rogers Park in January 2016.
