East Side home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in East Side, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $21,500 while total sales increased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,500 - a 26.9% increase over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in East Side in January 2016.
