Brainerd home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Brainerd, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $26,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,000 - a 30.3% decrease over the $87,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Brainerd in January 2016.
