South Deering home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in South Deering, a Chicago neighborhood, rose by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,000 - a 12.5% increase over the $24,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in South Deering in January 2016.
