Andersonville home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Andersonville, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $122,500 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $527,500 - a 18.8% decrease over the $650,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Andersonville in February 2016.
