Washington Heights home prices fall in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Washington Heights, a Chicago neighborhood, fell by $1,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $36,500 - a 2.7% decrease over the $37,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Washington Heights in February 2016.
