• Action Item: Recommendation to allow bids for Municipal Wall, Roof, Doors, Parking Lot, Windows, and Police Awning to begin seeking grants and funds for needed repairs.
• Action Item: Allowing Alcohol use (no hard alcohol) at the Municipal Hall with rental amount to be adjusted to $275 with a $200 deposit for events wanting alcohol. The non-alcohol rental would remain the same of $100 without kitchen, $150 with kitchen, and deposit $50.
