Village of Cherry Valley Liquor Commission met June 16.

Chairman Jim E. Claeyssen called the meeting to order at 6:32 PM.
A roll call was taken by Village Clerk Kathy Trimble:

Also present: Trustee Jeff Fustin, Attorney Jim Stevens and Village Clerk Kathy Trimble.
ADOPT THE AGENDA: President Claeyssen moved to adopt the agenda. Trustee Belt seconded. All “Aye”; none opposed. Motion carried.
APPROVE THE MINUTES: President Claeyssen moved to approve the minutes of December 17, 2019. Trustee Belt seconded. All “Aye’”; none opposed. Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS:
1. Nickels and Dimes Inc. dba Tilt Studios, 7200 Harrison Avenue, Rockford, IL. is applying for a Class “C, E, K” Liquor License for Fiscal Year 2020-2021. After some discussion, Trustee Belt moved to send to the Village Board for approval Class “C, E, K” Liquor Licenses for Nickels and Dimes Inc. dba Tilt Studios, 7200 Harrison Avenue, Rockford, IL. for Fiscal Year 2020-2021. President Claeyssen seconded. All “Aye’”; none opposed. Motion carried.

ADJOURNMENT: Trustee Belt moved to adjourn the Liquor Commission Meeting at 6:37 PM.
