We’re partnering with the State of Illinois to offer a virtual care program for Illinois residents recovering from COVID-19 at home so they can do so safely. The program is available to all residents who are confirmed or are likely COVID-19 positive, or anyone who thinks they have been exposed. This program is available at no cost to you, no matter where you receive your primary care.
