3. Committee discussion and a possible motion to send to the Village Board for approval of a Design Engineering Agreement with C.E.S. INC. for the Harrison Avenue West Bound Lane Resurfacing Project at a cost of $20,000.00 from line item 5095 Capital Improvements.
