1. Committee discussion and a possible motion to send to the Village Board for approval an invoice from The Stenstrom Group, Rockford, IL at a cost of $6,047.68 for the South Perryville Road Watermain Break on 2/17/2021 from line item 5285 Water.

2. Committee discussion regarding placement of the Flag Poles for the Armed Forces Memorial on South Mill Road.

3. Committee discussion and a possible motion to send to the Village Board for approval of a Design Engineering Agreement with C.E.S. INC. for the Harrison Avenue West Bound Lane Resurfacing Project at a cost of $20,000.00 from line item 5095 Capital Improvements.

4. Committee discussion and a possible motion to send to the Village Board for approval of a Design Engineering Agreement with C.E.S. INC. for Harrison Avenue Culvert Repairs at a cost of $5,700.00 from line item 5095 Capital Improvements.

5. Committee discussion and a possible motion to send to the Village Board approval of a “Art on Fire” Community Project; painting of fire hydrants by village residents as part of a Community Event for National Night Out 2021.

6. Committee discussion and a motion to send to the Village Board for approval of the purchase of two (2) Soccer Goal Net Assemblies at a cost not to exceed $3,500.00 from line item 5375 Capital Improvements.

1. Motion that the Committee of the Whole approve $300.00 for the Youth Spring Fishing Event to be held on May 15, 2021 from line item 5260 Buildings and Grounds. This will be from the village’s FY2021-2022 budget.

2. Motion that the Committee of the Whole approve $300.00 for the 2021 Citizen of the Year Event from line item 5260 Buildings and Grounds. This will be from the village’s FY2021-2022 budget.
