ZBA #000648-2021 - On the petition of Robert Charles Atwater and Jenna F. Atwater, record owners, who seek the following variations from the requirements of the Lake County Code and any other zoning relief as required:
1) Reduce the side yard setback for a retaining wall from 4 feet to 0 feet;
2) Increase the maximum height of a retaining wall from 6 feet, to 12 feet, 10 inches, at the highest point (the height of the retaining wall varies along its’ 152-foot length). The subject property is located at 25823 and 25819 W. Oak Lane, Ingleside, Illinois, and is approximately 0.63 acres.
