Also present: Attorney Jim Stevens, Attorney Roxanne Sosnowski, Treasurer Maureen Gumowski, Chief Roy Bethge, Sergeant Jesse Pearse and Village Clerk Kathy Trimble.

1. Public Hearing to Report the Outcome for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Downstate Small Business Stabilization (DSBS) grants funded for Salamone’s Restaurant Inc.
This Public Hearing is the Closeout of the Grant for the total amount of funds awarded due to the COVID-19 emergency of $25,000; which was used to assist the working capital needs of Salamone’s Restaurant Inc. – Payroll. They were open the required 60 days.
Attorney Sosnowski stated that 2 Grants have been awarded. The one that has been disbursed for Salamone’s Restaurant and the other is for The Cherry Valley Café. The State has requested additional documents from the Cherry Valley Café and we are working on acquiring those documents.
INTRODUCTION OF WRITTEN COMMENTS: There were no Written Comments submitted.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No one signed up for Public Comment as no members of the public were in attendance.
BOARD COMMENTS:
President Claeyssen thanked Attorney Sosnowski, her staff and Treasurer Gumowski for all their work on this grant.
ADJOURNMENT: Trustee Fustin made a motion to adjourn the meeting; seconded by Trustee O’Hara. All “Aye”, none opposed. Meeting adjourned at 6:51 PM.
