The property tax paid for this property in 2019 was $12,529.95. This is 2.64% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of eight sales so far in Edison Park in July 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mary Jane Roddy has been registered to vote since 1986 and has voted in at least 16 primary elections, records show, including 16 Democratic Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 7136 N. Odell Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joseph V. Roddy, 83, and Mary Jane Roddy, 82.
