The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,555.72, 1.27% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 19, 2011 for $144,000.

So far in August 2021, nine properties sold in Galewood.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Angelique Ward has been registered to vote since 1998 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Democratic Primaries. Angelique Holmes has been registered to vote since 2017 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 1643 N. Moody Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mariah Colby Ward, 25, Airinique Marche Ward, 29, Angelique Ward, 52, Charles Myart, 56, Angelique Holmes, and Ralph Boyd, 73.
