On Sept. 3, Ghada Zada-Zarzar and Walid Zarzar purchased a commercial property at 5322 S. Archer Ave., Chicago from Ashyana Archer Management LLC for $1,200,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $12,303.68, which is 1.03% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold for $1,560,000 on Oct. 28, 2013.

So far in September 2021, four properties sold in Archer Heights.
