• A request for a Variance under Section 82-55 of the Code of Ordinances to Section 82-10(c)(1) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to allow more than two (2) accessory structures per residential lot i.e. a cement pad for the property commonly known as 3519 Valley Woods Drive, Cherry Valley, Illinois.
• A request for a Variance under Section 82-55 of the Code of Ordinances to Section 82-10(c)(1) of the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Cherry Valley, Illinois to allow more than two (2) accessory structures per residential lot i.e. a hot tub for the property commonly known as 3519 Valley Woods Drive, Cherry Valley, Illinois.
